On April 25th, 2016, Pete was inducted into the Officer Candidate School (OCS) Hall of Fame at Fort Benning in Columbus, GA. A graduate of the Infantry OCS in January, 1966, Lt. Colonel Conaty was recognized for his 21-year career in the United States Army and for his tireless dedication and service advocating on behalf of California’s veterans and active duty military at the state capitol.  “It is truly a great honor to be inducted into the Hall along with such distinguished OCS graduates like Captain Florent Groberg, a recent recipient of the Medal of Honor who was also inducted into the Hall,” said Conaty.
